jyjilicom Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the jyjilicom platform and all its services. The key definitions used in this document are listed below:

• "Platform" refers to the jyjilicom website, app and related digital services.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any person who is registered on or using the platform.
• "Service" refers to the online gaming, betting and other related activities provided by jyjilicom.
• "Account" refers to a user's personal registered profile on the platform.
• "Money" or "Balance" refers to Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) held in the account.

By accessing the platform or creating an account, you are deemed to have read and fully agreed to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are requested to refrain from using the platform.

Creating a valid account is required to use services on the jyjilicom platform. The following rules must be followed at the time of registration:

Providing Accurate Information

Accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information must be provided at the time of registration. jyjilicom reserves the right to cancel an account if false or misleading information is provided.

One Account Rule

Each user may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts from the same person or household is prohibited. Violating this rule will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and funds held may be forfeited.

Identity Verification (KYC)

jyjilicom may conduct a Know Your Customer (KYC) process at any time. This process may require submission of a national identity card, passport or other government-approved document. Withdrawals may be restricted until KYC is completed.

The eligibility requirements for using the platform are as follows:

• The user must be at least 21 years of age.
• The user must use the platform of their own free will and independent judgment.
• Persons declared ineligible by a court may not use the platform.
• Officers, employees of jyjilicom and their immediate family members may be subject to restrictions on using the service.

Providing false information about age will result in the account being closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited.

It is your own responsibility to ensure the security of your account. You are requested to strictly follow the rules below:

• Keep your password strong and do not share it with anyone.
• If you log in from a public or shared device, log out at the end of the session.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the jyjilicom support team immediately.
• Allowing another person to use your account is prohibited.

You are responsible for all activities conducted from your account. jyjilicom is not liable for any financial loss resulting from unauthorized use, unless it is proven to have occurred due to a security flaw in the platform itself.

Deposit Rules

Funds can be deposited on the jyjilicom platform via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (for each method). Deposits should be credited to the account immediately; however, if there is a delay due to technical reasons, please notify the support team.

Withdrawal Rules

The minimum amount for a withdrawal is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. The following conditions apply at the time of withdrawal:

• Withdrawals are available to verified accounts only.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method that was used to deposit (where applicable).
• Winnings from bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements (see below).
• jyjilicom reserves the right to carry out additional verification for suspicious transactions.

All bonuses and promotional offers from jyjilicom are provided under specific conditions. By accepting a bonus, you are deemed to have agreed to the associated terms.

Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 100% match bonus of up to ৳10,000 on their first deposit. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. Or depositing ৳22,000 will earn the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳32,000.

Wagering Requirements

To withdraw from a bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times (20x). Example: a ৳1,000 bonus requires a total of ৳20,000 in bets. Winnings related to a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements are met.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has a set expiry period — any unused bonus will be cancelled after it expires.
• Claiming multiple bonuses from the same household or device is prohibited.
• jyjilicom reserves the right to cancel a bonus if there is evidence of its misuse or fraudulent use.
• jyjilicom reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus program at any time.

All games on the jyjilicom platform are operated safely and fairly. The following rules apply to gaming:

Fair Play

jyjilicom is a fair play platform. The outcome of all games is determined through a verified Random Number Generator (RNG) system. Any form of manipulation or cheating is strictly prohibited.

Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted due to a software or network fault, jyjilicom will attempt to refund the bet where applicable. However, jyjilicom's liability for any loss caused by a technical fault will be limited.

Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game and betting market. These limits will be clearly stated in the interface of each game.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jyjilicom platform:

• Registering or transacting using a false identity or another person's identity.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Playing games or betting using bots, automated software or artificial intelligence.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems or hacking.
• Colluding with other users to influence game outcomes.
• Illegal money transactions or money laundering.
• Redistributing or copying platform content or software.
• Misconduct or making threats toward jyjilicom staff.

Closure by the User

Any user may request to close their account at any time. In this case, the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance in the account will be provided, provided all wagering requirements have been met.

Suspension or Closure by jyjilicom

jyjilicom may suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of the terms and conditions.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Non-cooperation with the KYC process.
• Providing false information.
• Extended inactivity (after a specified period).

jyjilicom will attempt to notify the user of account closure by email with an explanation, however in urgent cases action may be taken without prior notice.

jyjilicom makes every effort to operate a safe and reliable platform. However, jyjilicom's liability is limited in the following matters:

• Loss caused by issues with the user's own internet connection or device.
• Delays or losses caused by a fault with a third-party payment provider.
• Loss occurring during unexpected technical issues or server downtime.
• Financial loss resulting from a user's gaming decisions.

jyjilicom will not under any circumstances be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. For direct losses, jyjilicom's maximum liability is limited to the value of the transaction in question.

jyjilicom places the highest importance on the privacy of users' personal information. The platform uses SSL encryption and other advanced security technologies to keep data secure.

jyjilicom never sells users' personal information to third parties. However, information may be provided to authorities where legally required.

jyjilicom reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Users will be notified by email or through the platform of any significant changes.

Continuing to use the platform after updated terms are published will be deemed as consent to the new terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you may request to close your account.

These terms have been written in Bengali and the Bengali version shall be considered final and binding. Applicable laws will govern all legal matters related to jyjilicom.
